Join NGLCC’s Heritage Committee and the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce in celebrating Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month with Power in Unity: AANHPI Leadership and Community Impact in Action, a dynamic panel in collaboration with SoCalGas and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E).

Aligned with the 2026 national theme, Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together, this conversation will highlight AANHPI and LGBTQ+ leaders as they share their professional journeys, leadership perspectives, and the role of advocacy in their work.

Panelists will explore how identity, community, and connection shape their approach to leadership within large corporate environments, especially in a moment of growth and transition.

Attendees will gain insight into how unity across teams, communities, and organizations can drive meaningful impact, from fostering workplace cultures to strengthening support of suppliers. This discussion will offer both personal perspectives and practical takeaways for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and allies looking to build stronger, more connected communities.
