Are you ready to kick start your July 4th weekend with the First Friday Meet & Eat?!?!

The July First Friday Meet & Eat is gonna be fun!  Kick off the 4th of July holiday weekend with a visit to one of the newest Chamber members, Momma's at Sengelmann.  Just a quick drive down I-10, head over to Schulenburg to support an LGBTQ+-owned business and one of our recent GrubHub Community Impact Grantees!  



Built in 1894 and restored to its original glory, Momma's at Sengelmann is a Restaurant - Saloon - Beer Garden - Dance Hall - Gift Shop - Venue....all in one!



The First Friday Meet & Eat is a great way to connect with other Chamber members.  Members and guests are invited to join the Chamber for this informal lunch to connect, enjoy a delicious meal, and patronize a valued member.  

 
At this informal gathering, the focus is on good company, great conversation and delicious food.   Bring your business cards and appetite for a casual meal and conversation at the historic, Momma's at Sengelmann. The First Friday Meet & Eat is also a terrific way to support our member restaurants!

  






 
Each person is responsible for their meal.  First come, first group will be seated together.  Please register so we can provide a headcount with the member restaurant.

Start your holiday weekend early with the Chamber at the First Friday Meeting & Eat!  Show up, network and support a Chamber business and have a great time.

Health & Safety Protocols

The health and safety of attendees are our highest concerns. The Chamber is committed to a safe and enjoyable in-person event experience for all attendees. With the current state of the pandemic, the Chamber continues to monitor the most recent health guidelines from public health agencies.

The Chamber has implemented the following protocols:

We ask all attendees to be fully vaccinated. The Chamber reserves the right to ask attendees to provide proof of vaccination OR show a negative COVID-19 test result in the past 72 hours upon arriving at the event. The attendee will provide physical or digital proof of vaccination or test at registration.

All event attendees should be diligent in following all CDC guidelines. If an individual is feeling sick, please stay home.

If you feel more comfortable and choose to wear a mask, we respect your decision to do so. Event attendees will respect others who opt to wear a mask.

The Chamber will provide hand sanitizer onsite as well as masks if needed.
