We ♥ our Allies!  This month we are celebrating our LGBTQ-Allied Chamber members! Every February we celebrate our LGBTQ Allies to thank them for the support of the LGBTQ community and the Chamber.  

Speaking of love...you are going to love our Brewing Up Business this month! Join us on February 10 for Brewing Up Business sponsored by Chamber International Partner, British Consulate General-Houston, with special guest speaker, Her Majesty's Consul General Richard Hyde. Hear Consul General Hyde's amazing story and why being an LGBTQ+ ally is important.



Special Guest Speaker - Consul General Richard Hyde


Richard took up his position as Her Majesty’s Consul General in Houston in June 2019. As Consul General, he has overall responsibility for leading the UK’s engagement in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and New Mexico. His business priorities and responsibilities include developing political ties between the UK and the consular district; enhancing trade and investment partnerships; promoting science and innovation links and supporting the delivery of consular services to the many British nationals who have made this region their home. Brewing Up Business is always a great way to connect virtually with other Chamber members and guests. Kick-start your morning and your business with Brewing Up Business!  Grab your coffee and make some new business contacts.

Casual networking will start at 8:00 a.m. on our new platform Airmeet. Grab your coffee and join a roundtable, switch between tables or meet one-on-one...we've got you covered however you like to network!  After we finish the short program, stick around for more networking and connection at your leisure in the Chamber Networking Café.


The networking at Brewing Up Business is always a great way to make new biz connections! 

Guests are always welcome...we would love to have you join us! If you haven't been to the Brewing Up Business event, it's a great opportunity to check out the Chamber and meet members. With our growing membership and events, you WILL make some great connections. No charge for Chamber members and only $10 for non-members. We look forward to seeing you!
