Lace up and get ready to Chase the Rainbow: Stride with Pride 5K Fun Run on Saturday, June 13th. The Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce is proud to be a Collaborating Partner with Chamber Member Katy Pride on the event. 

Celebrate community, inclusion, and pride while helping raise funds and awareness for Katy Pride’s mission. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, this event is all about coming together and showing our colors with joy and unity.

Sign up early to take advantage of early bird pricing. Registration includes:

  • A morning full of fun, celebration, and community spirit


Prizes will be awarded to select finishers — and don’t miss our crowd-favorite contest for Best Dressed, so come ready to celebrate in your most colorful, creative Pride attire!

Schedule
  • 7:30 AM - Race Day Packet Pick-up Begins
  • 8:00 AM - Opening Ceremony
  • 8:10 AM - Kids Dash starts
  • 8:30 AM - 5k Begins immediately after the Kids Dash
All proceeds support Katy Pride. Walkers welcome, strollers encouraged!

Strollers and leashed pets welcome, no bicycles or electric scooters permitted.

Katy Pride is a 501c3 non-profit that was created in June 2023 with a vision of creating a community where all LGBTQ+ individuals can live authentically and safely without persecution, judgment, hate, or fear.

The goal of the organization is to empower the LGBTQ+ community in Katy and the surrounding areas by creating inclusive events, advocating for equality, and fostering a supportive community of acceptance and diversity.
