Allies make up an important part of our LGBTQ+ community and are often active members of Pride + Allies Employee /Business Resource Groups (E/BRGs) at companies across the region. Allyship is often thought of as an identity, but it's also an action word - it requires actively supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues in the workplace and beyond.
Every ally can take steps to strengthen their allyship, and that includes standing up for those who aren't always in the room. Join us for this special October virtual Lunch & Learn!
