The Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce is proud to support one of our Non-Profit Members, the Third Coast PrideFest Parade 2026 as it marches through the heart of Downtown Galveston!
This year's theme is "Pride Through Time" — a celebration of the LGBTQ+ community honoring the generations who came before us, celebrating the progress we have made, and looking toward the future we are continuing to build together. Come celebrate where we've been, where we are, and where we're going — and don't forget to show off your best throwback looks as we take over the streets of Downtown Galveston! 🕺✨
Whether you're marching alongside us or cheering from the sidelines, this is one of the most meaningful and joyful celebrations on the Texas Gulf Coast — and we wouldn't miss it for the world.

About Third Coast PrideFest
Third Coast Pride Fest, a program of Galveston Island Fundraising of Texas (GIFT), is an organization devoted to the celebration of LGBTQIA+ communities in a fun, social atmosphere on Galveston Island.

Please note that parking during a special event like the parade can fill up quickly — plan to arrive early and allow extra time to find a spot!
Downtown Galveston's paid parking district runs from 20th Street to 25th Street and from Harborside Drive to Church Street, at a rate of $2.25/hour with a one-hour minimum. Parking is enforced daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM — so by parade time at 2:00 PM, paid parking will be in effect.
The Galveston Railroad Museum lot at the corner of 25th Street and Santa Fe Place is a convenient option just one block from the historic Strand. 🌈

Please hydrate and wear protective clothing as needed. October in Galveston can still be warm — plan accordingly!
