2025 CHAMBER HOLIDAY FOOD & SUPPLY DRIVE

Thursday, November 20, 2025

Description

2025 CHAMBER HOLIDAY FOOD & SUPPLY DRIVE
Thursday, November 20, 2025

The Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce Foundation invites you to join the annual Chamber Holiday Food & Supply Drive, benefiting Tony’s Place, a vital organization and Chamber Member supporting LGBTQ+ unhoused youth in our community.

This season, we’re calling on our members, partners, and supporters to come together in a powerful demonstration of unity and compassion. Let’s turn our pride into purpose and our support into impact.

👉 Check out the details below, including how you can host a collection bin at your location.

💜 Why We Lead This Drive

The Chamber Foundation organizes this annual Drive to respond to critical needs in our community—and this year, we are once again supporting LGBTQ+ youth who are unhoused or at risk. These young people are often overlooked, underserved, and face higher rates of housing insecurity and discrimination.

Through the Drive, we uplift the mission of Chamber Member, Tony’s Place, which offers direct services, connection, and hope to LGBTQ+ youth. By mobilizing our network to collect essential food and supplies, we put our values into action and show what community truly means.

In a year where LGBTQ+ youth face growing challenges and uncertainty, especially in today’s political climate, your support matters more than ever. Tony’s Place—and our community—need us to show up now.

When we come together to give, we do more than donate—we affirm dignity, create connection, and build a stronger community.

🌟 New in 2025: Stock the Bins, Share the Love

This year, we’re excited to introduce Stock the Bins, Share the Love—a new way to make an even greater impact.

With the motto Collect with Purpose, Give with Pride, we’re giving you the opportunity to bring the spirit of the Drive into your business, workplace, or community.

➤ Host a Collection Bin

Become a Power of Pride Collection Site and help gather non-perishable food and essential supplies during the Drive.

We'll provide a branded collection bin and promotional materials to help you engage your team, clients, or community.

Then, join us on November 20 to drop off your collected items during one of our two Drive collection events.

Request your bin now so we can get it to you to start planning your collection efforts.

🛍️ What to Donate

All donations will directly benefit the youth served by Tony’s Place. Please prioritize:

  • Non-Perishable Food (canned goods, granola bars, snacks)
  • Personal Care Items (toiletries, deodorant, feminine products)
  • Winter Essentials (socks, gloves, blankets)
  • New Underwear & T-Shirts (all sizes, youth and adult)

More information coming soon!
