About
ACCT is a nonprofit serving people living with HIV in Galveston, Brazoria, and Matagorda Counties. Our mission is to prevent the spread of HIV and provide comprehensive services to people living with HIV. We accomplish this mission by connecting and keeping clients in the continuum of care and removing barriers so that all people living with HIV can access care, living long and productive lives.
ACCT's services include case management, housing assistance, nutrition support, insurance assistance, behavioral health, and transportation.
