IMPACT Grantworks began with a simple conviction: that nonprofits deserve more than funding. They deserve clarity, strategy, and ethical partnership.

That belief was shaped by founder Johnny Richardson’s journey through sustainability, corporate philanthropy, and community engagement. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Environmental Studies, Johnny spent over a decade advancing high-impact environmental initiatives, leading millions of dollars in infrastructure projects, and forging cross-sector partnerships that delivered measurable community benefits nationwide.

However, behind the metrics was a deeper calling. In his work with corporate social responsibility and nonprofit strategy, Johnny saw how often mission-driven organizations were left with inconsistent guidance, unclear expectations, and transactional relationships. He knew the sector could do better, and that he could help shift the dynamic.

Whether supporting long-term change or hiking remote trails around the world, Johnny brings clarity, curiosity, and a profound respect for people and the planet to everything he does. That same ethos now drives IMPACT Grantworks: a consulting practice built on transparency, values alignment, and a commitment to lasting impact.
